At Debs Romman Cafe LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Restaurant”), we understand that unforeseen events may arise and allow cancellations under the following conditions:
- Individual Reservations
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 5 hours prior to the reservation.
Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a charge of 80% of the total reservation.
- Group Reservations
A minimum of 5 hours’ notice is required to avoid charges.
If cancellation is made after the stated period, a charge of 80% of the total reservation will apply.
- Events and Catering
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance to avoid penalties.
Late cancellations may be subject to a charge of 70% of the total cost of the event or catering service. Please refer to your contract for details.
- Online or Takeout Orders
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
- Ineligible Cases for Cancellation
We cannot accept cancellations in the following situations:
Cancellations outside the stated timeframes.
No-shows for reservations without prior cancellation within the permitted period.
Issues beyond our control, such as delays due to weather or traffic.
