    We offer delivery service within Dubai City. If your location is not within our delivery area, we may not be able to process your order.

    We strive to deliver orders within approximately 45 minutes of order confirmation. However, delivery times may vary due to external factors such as traffic, weather, or demand.
  3. Delivery Fees
    A delivery charge of AED 13 will apply for orders under AED 150. In some cases, additional fees may apply for areas outside the standard delivery area.

    It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct address and ensure someone is available to receive the order. If no one is available, we will attempt to contact you. If we do not receive a response, the order will be considered delivered and will not be eligible for a refund.
